Each project is controlled by a director and an experienced professional who know and understand Clients requirements and goals and personally ensures delivery.
By setting realistic budgets at the early feasibility stages, and by planning and controlling cost at detailed design and construction stages, we ensure final costs relate strictly to original agreed budgets.
Robert Nolan
Managing Director
Robert is the Managing Director in Nolan Construction Consultants. He has over 25 years’ experience in Ireland and the UK and is the former Deputy Managing Director of Nolan Ryan Tweeds Chartered Quantity Surveyors.
Paul Nolan
Director
Paul is a Director in Nolan Construction Consultant with over 45 years’ experience. He began his career in the construction industry in 1972 and was the Senior Partner in Nolan Ryan Partnership Chartered Quantity Surveyors.
William Kee
Director
William is a Director in Nolan Construction Consultants. He has over 35 years’ experience in the Irish Construction Sector. He was a co-founder of Nolan Ryan Partnership and a former Director in Nolan Ryan Tweeds Chartered Quantity Surveyors.
Mark Diffily
Associate Director
Mark is an Associate Director in Nolan Construction Consultants. He has over 25 years’ experience in the Irish Construction Sector. Mark has responsibilities for the innovation of BIM within the company and is a former Regional Director of Nolan Ryan Tweeds Chartered Quantity Surveyors.
Derek McDonnell
Associate Director
Derek is a Associate Director in Nolan Construction Consultants. He has over 14 years’ experience in the Irish Construction Sector including pharma, industrial, healthcare, fit-out, retail, educational and residential projects. Derek has particular skills in the procurement and management of M&E and Process Costs.
Barry Sweeney
Associate Director
Barry is a Associate Director in Nolan Construction Consultants. He has over 13 years’ experience in the Irish Construction Sector. Barry has specific expertise in the Healthcare Sector.
John Dunphy
Associate Director
John is a Associate Director in Nolan Construction Consultants. He has over 20 years’ experience in the Irish Construction Sector. John has extensive experience in the management of a wide variety of projects through all project stages from design through to handover in the educational, residential and leisure sectors.
Daryl Cody
Quantity Surveyor
Daryl has three years’ experience within the industry working on commercial, healthcare, educational, residential, fit-out, leisure, and public realm projects. Daryl has a Bachelor of Technology (Education) in Materials and Architectural Technology from the University of Limerick and also has an MSc in Quantity Surveying from Technological University Dublin.
YiHui Tan
Quantity Surveyor
YiHui is a Quantity Surveyor in Nolan Construction Consultants. She has over four years’ experience in the Irish Construction Sector. She completed her honours degree in Quantity Surveying at Waterford Institute of Technology.
Darren O'Keeffe
Senior Quantity Surveyor
Darren is a Quantity Surveyor in Nolan Construction Consultants. He has over fifteen years’ experience within the construction industry, five years’ in a surveying role working on data centre, pharmaceutical, food, fit-out and modular turnkey projects. Darren completed his honours degree in Quantity Surveying at Carlow Institute of Technology.
Lucy Cunningham

Lucy is a Graduate Quantity Surveyor in Nolan Construction Consultants. She has over two year’s experience within the industry. She is an Honours Graduate from Waterford Institute of Technology in Quantity Surveying.
