Our commitment to innovation and the highest standards of cost planning, cost control and cost management is firmly focused on delivering value for money to all our Clients. We aim to meet the challenges of all projects with a proactive rather than reactive approach.
Each project is controlled by a director and an experienced professional who know and understand Clients requirements and goals and personally ensures delivery.
By setting realistic budgets at the early feasibility stages, and by planning and controlling cost at detailed design and construction stages, we ensure final costs relate strictly to original agreed budgets.
Robert Nolan

Robert is the Managing Director in Nolan Construction Consultants. He has over 30 years’ experience in Ireland and the UK and is the former Deputy Managing Director of Nolan Ryan Tweeds Chartered Quantity Surveyors.
William Kee

William is a Director in Nolan Construction Consultants. He has over 35 years’ experience in the Irish Construction Sector. He was a co-founder of Nolan Ryan Partnership and a former Director in Nolan Ryan Tweeds Chartered Quantity Surveyors.

He has over 15 years’ experience within the construction industry, five years’ in a surveying role working on data centre, pharmaceutical, food, fit-out and modular turnkey projects. Darren completed his honours degree in Quantity Surveying at Carlow Institute of Technology.

Since relocating to Ireland, he has continued to build his expertise within the Irish construction sector, contributing to a range of Educational, Commercial, Housing, Public Realm and Mechanical and Electrical Projects.
Morgan Buckley

Morgan has a Honours Degree in Quantity Surveying and has 2 years experience working with a Tier One Contractor on Pharmaceutical and Commercial projects. Since joining NCC, Morgan has gained further experience working on Educational, Refurbishment, Commercial, Housing and Mechanical and Electrical Projects.
Yi Heng Tan

YiHeng holds an Hons Degree in Construction Management and brings 9 years of extensive experience in high end fit-out projects for international and commercial developments.
Since moving to Ireland, she has expended her expertise contributing to Educational, Commercial, Housing and Public Realm projects within the Irish Market.

Katie is currently completing her degree in Quantity Surveying at South East Technology University. Since joining NCC, she has gained valuable hands-on experience across a variety of project types, including Educational, Refurbishment, Housing and Mechanical and Electrical.
