Housing at Castlecomer Road, Kilkenny
The project involves the construction of a social housing development for Kilkenny County Council, consisting of 10 numbers 1 & 2-bed apartments in the existing Brog Maker Pub & Guest House, demolition of existing 1970s St. Jude’s unit and construction of 2 new apartments in its place. 6 new build apartments are to be constructed on the existing adjacent car park. A newly realigned access road to housing estate to the rear of the two sites is also incorporated into the design.
