38 Nr. Dwellings at Bolton, Callan, Co. Kilkenny

This project involved the provision of 38 nr. A-rated social housing accommodation units for the local authority together with associated services and siteworks on a greenfield site in Callan, Co. Kilkenny with a number of the units constructed as fully accessible and allocated under the national decongregation programme in accordance with Kilkenny County Council requirements to ensure community inclusion for those with special needs and requirements.
