The provision of 26 nr. social housing units together with all associated site services and siteworks on a green field site in Rowlestown, Co. Dublin. The development consists of two, three and four bed units in a mix of detached, semi detached and terraced accommodation. The scheme is constructed on a site adjacent to a church and school which required careful planning of deliveries so as not to coincide with church services and school pickup and drop offs. 6 of the units were constructed to NZEB standard and in accordance with Fingal requirements to ensure that they were lifetime adaptable and age friendly.
