The development consists of two, three and four bed units in a mix of apartment and terraced accommodation. The scheme is constructed on a sloping site which required extensive cut and fill, in-situ concrete / blockwork retaining walls and a green terramesh retaining wall between the estate road and adjacent stream. 2 of the ground floor apartments units were fitted out to the specific requirements of the end user based on OT reports with environmental controls to windows, doors, heating and lighting.
