Fitzmaurice Place Public Realm in Portlaoise, Co. Laois

This project, which was funded by the Urban Regeneration Development Fund, included the demolition and site clearance of the existing hard surfaced areas that were installed in 1980s and replaced them with of new resin bound pavements, new stonework walls, seating area, public lighting, public carparking and landscaping complete with associated services and fittings at Church Avenue. The project was successfully completed on time and within approved budget in June 2019.
