The Reg, Waterford

The works involved the renovations & alterations of an existing public house and adjoining protected structures to form a new bar, nightclub, restaurant and associated office space. Works to the bar consisted of gutting out the existing bar and providing two new bars and a nightclub / music venue.

The external envelope of the public house was in reasonable condition and required minor repairs. Works internally were more invasive, part of the ground floor slab was replaced, new steel supports were fitted, existing timber floors were removed and replaced. Internal fit-out works comprised new partitions, ceilings, joinery, 3 nr. Bars and back bars, finishes, painting / decorating works & fire proofing works. Works to the adjoining protected structures consisted of renovation works to form new restaurant and office space.
