The work consist of the construction of a new Daycare Centre, seventy eight apartments and a twelve bed Alzheimer’s Unit together with the demolition of the existing apartment blocks on the site.  The works are to be completed on a phased with existing residents remaining in part of the existing complex while new units are constructed.
