New Assisted Living Facility, Bath Street, Waterford.

The project involves the provision of a 25-bedroom new assisted living facility on a very confined site occupied by a Protected Structure (retained and fully refurbished as part of the development) at Bath Street, Waterford.

The extension of the existing building at the side and rear is in the form of a mixture of two and three storey construction and includes the provision of sustainable technologies including the provision of a Photovoltaic (PV) roof membrane. Limited external works comprise car-parking and hard landscaping.
