Housing For The Elderly, Naas, Co. Kildare.

This project provided 43 new apartments f0or the elderly in Naas with 13 of these apartments being catered for in the existing convent building that was completely refurbished.

The refurbishment works included dry rot treatment, damp proofing, removal and replacement of the upper floors and roof complete with natural slating.

The building was returned to its former glory with the reintroduction of all it original features including cornices, friezes, window linings, floor tiles and the refurbishment of the existing timber feature stairs.
