This project involved the provision of a Business Park on the outskirts of Kilkenny City. It consisted of three blocks with 36 own door office units comprising 8,600 m2 of office space and a new warehouses unit on an adjacent site comprising 2,300 m2. The project included extensive siteworks to service the site and adjacent sites for future development, including gabion retaining walls and a new access roadway.
