The works involve the renovation and upgrade of the existing accommodation over four floors (constructed in the early 1980s) so that the building better suits current needs and complies with current legislation governing these types of buildings. Replacement windows and cavity wall insulation will improve the thermal performance of the building. The works are carried out on a phased basis to facilitate continued occupation of the building.
